Location, cleanliness, friendy staff....
Positive: Location, cleanliness, friendy staff. Washer and dryer a plus. Negative: Room was very hot. Opened windows but noisy/loud people until at least 2 am.

It's lovely to see that you enjoyed our super central location, as well as the celanliness of our fully-equipped apartments and the warm service of our House Hosts. I'm sorry to read that you found the room a bit too warm - next time, do not hesitate to reach out to one of our House Hosts, they'll be happy to bring you an extra fan or maybe one of our portable air-conditioning units. I'm also sorry to see that you found the apartment a bit too noisy. As you rightly mentioned, we're very lucky to be in such a central location, right in the heart of the New Town: this does mean, however, that we're surrounded by many venues, including bars and restaurants, and while we do our best to work with them and to make sure that their activities don't have too much of an impact on our guests' stay, ultimately we have no direct control over their operations. I do hope this didn't put too much of a damper on your stay and that you'll come and visit us again if you're ever back in Edinburgh - next time, just reach out to our reception team ahead of your arrival and we'll make sure that you're allocated to one of our quieter rooms facing the back.
