We Create Space x Voda present: Queer Resilience

Date: Wednesday 25th May
Location: Co-working space, Bermonds Locke

No booking required.

No matter where you are in your journey as a queer person — out and proud, active activist, or still feeling like you’re unsure or don’t fit in, Pride Month can put a strain on your mental health.

Join us at Bermonds Locke in Bermondsey for a live panel and Q+A on the topic of 'Queer Resilience'. We'll be discussing LGBTQ+ mental health journeys, and how to create more space for yourself during Pride Month, together with Voda, the LGBTQIA+ mental wellbeing app.

Hosted by founder of WCS Michael Stephens (he/they), joined by mental health activist TalkToCoco (she/they), founder of Voda Jaron Soh (he/him) and DEI expert Jade Fraser (they/them) it's sure to be both an insightful and inspiring evening. Our speakers will talk us through their journeys with their own mental health and tips on caring for yourself during Pride Month, followed by a Q&A session with the audience. We'll round off the event with a conversation about what we'd to like see and do in the future, both for these speakers and for our events during pride.
