Find balance and ease through practicing flowing and restorative Yoga.
Join Rachael as we give ourselves some much needed space to land on our yoga mat, and create a nourishing fortifying yoga practice accompanied by balancing and soothing breathe work. The result will be a nervous system that has had chance to re- calibrate and move towards a place of ‘rest & digest’ (essential for our long-term wellbeing and health) a body that feels fortified, light and open and a mind that has perhaps had opportunity to feel a little less ‘busy and scattered’
The practice will be a combination of carefully curated dynamic yoga sequences alongside longer held restorative asanas (yoga postures). Essential oils will also be offered in the practice to add another subtle but powerful layer of potency to the practice. Please remember to bring your own mat.
