After many years as a professional dancer, Randy discovered a new interest in Fitness and this quickly developed into a passion and since then, He has been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, to training and nutrition. This journey began when he initially started coaching a friend for fun and developed into a chosen career. Along with the skills Randy has developed to be able to design effective goals specific training program and pinpoint flaws within a client current nutritional and lifestyle habits and correct them in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.
