Conscious Connected Breathwork: Join The Breath Connection for a two hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session - an opportunity to transcend your normal reality, your limiting beliefs and realise your greatest potential.
Conscious Connected Breathing gives you an opportunity to drop out of your old patterning or 'stories' and enables you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, the truth of your spirit and the intelligence of greater consciousness. When you breathe in this way, you create the possibility for change - releasing stored stress, blocked emotions or the trauma of past wounding's, and reconnecting to your greater personal insight, inspiration and healing.
