Join The Breath Connection for a three hour Dynamic Breathwork and Ice Bath session where you will guided through five rounds of conscious breathwork, exploring mind, body and spirit with the breath as a guide - followed by a mindful immersion into icy water to revive and rejuvenate every single cell in your being!
Breathwork fast tracks you to a place of greater happiness, calm, and euphoric bliss... and cold water revitalises and energises the entire system. Overall, these sessions help to reduce anxiety & stress, lift mood, boost immunity, build resilience and induce better mental and physical wellbeing.
Beginners and experienced breathers are all welcome.
