How do I check in and collect my keys at Bermonds Locke?
You'll need to collect your apartment keys from front desk when you arrive. Our house hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information required.
If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive.
Additionally, Bermonds Locke offers self-check in with our self check-in kiosks located in reception, where you can sort your own key.
You'll need valid ID and a credit card if you havn't yet paid. You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
Check in is available from 4pm, whilst the standard check out time is 11am, both at the front desk.
