Why do I need to bring ID with me for check in?

It's a legal requirement for us to prove and verify your legal identity when you are staying at one of our aparthotels. This helps to reduce cases of identity fraud and ensures we're checking in the right person. By booking and staying with us, you must also meet minimum requirements, including being over 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).

This is also why only government-issued photo ID is accepted. Other forms of ID such as student ID, employer IDs and payment cards are not accepted.

Note that if we are unable to verify your identity we may have to cancel your booking.
