All apartments booked through our Site are subject to separate Booking Terms and Conditions, which should be read before making a booking. Our Booking Terms and Conditions have different sections depending on whether you book a Locke operated property or one of our partner operated properties. In the event of any inconsistency between the Booking Terms and Conditions and these Terms, the Booking Terms and Conditions will prevail.
5. We may change, suspend or withdraw our Site at any time
Information on this Site is posted in good faith and updated regularly, but Locke cannot guarantee its completeness and accuracy. Locke does not accept any liability to you or any third party for any error or omission on this Site.
Locke does not warrant that this Site will be uninterrupted, error free or that any information or other material accessible from this Site is free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons.

Your access to the Information and products or services available through this Site does not give you a license to modify, display, license, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the Information, apart from making limited copies of your booking details for your personal use only.

8. Where you upload content to our Site

10.1 Promotions and Special Offers
Promotional or discounted offers on this Site are provided at the discretion of Locke. All offers are subject to availability, these Terms and the Booking Terms and Conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
Loccke may occasionally run competitions – these will have their own specific terms and conditions that apply to anyone who enters, and will be made available by Locke at the point of entry.
Unless otherwise stated, competitions will not include transport costs, food, drink or other purchases made whilst using or claiming the prize.
Competitions are not open to anyone under the age of 18.
10.3 Best Rate Guarantee / Price Match
We work hard to ensure that the prices on our Site match those you may see on third party websites. Our philosophy is that the rate you see on our Site should be the same as, or better than, any other online channel. If for some reason (usually beyond our control) you do find a cheaper rate elsewhere, please let us know and we will endeavour to match it ("Price Match").

13. Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
