Nicht dein übliches Restaurant.

Brutale Eleganz.

Dear Andreas,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our convenient location, the balcony overlooking the Spree River, the quiet rooms, and the good public transport connections. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the room keys repeatedly expiring and for the bed not being as spacious as you would have preferred. We also understand that the loud music from across the river affected your otherwise peaceful stay. Your comments are valuable to us and help us identify areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with an even more comfortable experience.|
Best Regards,
Locke Reception Team
