With a terrace overlooking the pool, Santa Marta is inspired by the bold flavours and fresh ingredients of the Mediterranean. Savour a buffet breakfast, antipasti, fresh pasta, woodfired pizza and grilled meats and fish — vibrant food made for sharing.

Spiritland is open Wednesdays - Saturdays, 7pm - 1am. The Kissaten is open Mondays - Fridays, 7pm - 1am.

Elevated dining in a renovated convent space. This elevated Portuguese brasserie pays homage to Lisbon's rich cultural influences, led by internationally acclaimed chef and Culinary Director, Nuno Mendes. Bar Joana sits above Santa Joana. By day, drop in for coffee and pastel de nata in a light-filled atrium. By candlelight, find a cosy corner to enjoy an international wine list.

Our reception coffee shop. Serving pastries, grain bowls, juices and coffee by local partner Olisipo. A convivial and relaxed space for coworking and catching up, or grab-and-go as you explore the city.
