It’s wonderful to see that our team was helpful with recommendations and looking for solutions to lower the temperature in your studio. Regarding the air conditioning, you’re absolutely right—our Locke Studios don’t have aircon, but for any future stays, you might want to consider our Mezzanine and Eden Studios, or One Bedroom Apartments with a sofa bed, as they do come equipped with aircon for added comfort. I’m sorry to read about the check-in timing. We typically text guests if their room is ready before 2pm, so I’m not sure what happened in this case—perhaps it became available just before check-in time. I appreciate your suggestion and will make sure we stay on top of this for future guests.
