Hello Gordon, We're truly sorry to hear how many aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. What you’ve described is absolutely not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we are sorry for the stress this caused at the start of your visit. We did make attempts to reach out to you through Booking.com and WhatsApp however we did not receive a prompt response in order to arrange this for you before housekeeping left for the day. We received a request regarding the accessibility required for your companion, however even with 3 people we cannot know if you will be needing an extra cot, bed or not at all unless this is specified at the time of booking as well. Thank you for your feedback regarding our staff we will ensure that this is thoroughly investigated. We understand how frustrating the door malfunctioning can be however, this was promptly fixed due to our great maintenance team. I know that our lift card-reader can be slow, however this is explicitly highlighted to all guests at check in and how they are to be used. With the lack of bed arrangement, I respect that your emotions were high but please remember to remain respectful to all staff members as aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. We’re grateful you still rated our accommodation and cleanliness highly despite the challenges, but we understand that doesn't make up for the frustrations you experienced.
