Yoga helps us restore and regulate our bodies balance while strengthening resistance to stress and anxiety. Leman Locke partners with The Yoga Agency to offer weekly yoga classes on alternate Saturday mornings/Thursday evenings. Yoga mats provided.
To make things 'you-know-what' friendly, all classes will be socially distanced with limited spaces. Our Yoga mats will be thoroughly sanitised after use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please arrive in your kit ready to go.
When: private classes can be booked by enquiry. Evening and weekend classes are possible.

About the instructors.
Tor started doing yoga regularly in the late 90s and her love for it just keeps on growing. She’s tried many different styles, including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Rocket, Ashtanga, Power, Jivamukti and Kundalini, but particularly loves the fluid movement and flow of Vinyasa. You can expect clear cues, individual alignment and options for new yogis and those that have been practising for a while in every practice with Tor.
Olivia completed her 200 hour yoga training course in India on a backpacking trip back in 2015, and hasn't looked back since. Traditionally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, she loves a dynamic practice and has delved deeper into more creative sequences including fiery Rocket and playful Mandala - recently completing a training with The Yoga People. Prepare to feel energised.
Sophie is an energetic, excitable character who brings a lightness to your practice with funky music and fun flows. As someone who has struggled with flexibility herself she is excellent at suggesting variations and modifications for every type of body. Her caring nature will ensure you travel through her challenging classes with a sense of safety and security, creating a space where you can reconnect to mind and body, leaving your feeling nourished and energised.
