Love embroidery but haven't created your own project yet? This 3-hour workshop is perfect for you.
You'll learn everything you need for your first embroidery project, from choosing the right motif to selecting materials and stitches. Bring your own ideas or clothing item to embellish, and the fabrics, threads, and jute bags will be provided.
You'll need an embroidery hoop, a needle, a motif, and some basic knowledge of embroidery to create your very own personalised project. You can also bring along a small picture, a bag, or a customised item of clothing to embellish.
Things you should know.
- If you do bring an item of clothing or another item to embellish, please make sure that it is made of non-stretchy material.
- If you already have an idea for a motif, feel free to bring a drawing or picture of it along. Otherwise, everything you need to learn the basics will be provided by the host Victoria, so if you don't bring anything, don't worry.
- There is a maximum of 5 people per class.
