Am I able to make a special request?

Light sleeper, and need a quiet room away from the lifts? Want to schedule an extra clean? Or have a room that you particularly like?

We understand that some of our guests may have specific needs or preferences. If you have a special request, you can make a note of this when booking and we'll do our best to faciliate it.

Note that we can't guarantee we'll be able to accomodate all special requests, so if it's a deal breaker we recommend getting in contact before booking to check it will be possible. We will also prioritise special requests for our long-staying guests.
