I didn't mean to cancel my stay, what should I do?
We are able to reinstate bookings that have been cancelled in the last 48 hours. To do so, you'll need to contact our Reservations team.
If cancellation was made more than 48 hours ago, we are unable to re-book at the original rate and is subject to availability. Please head back to our booking engine to re-book.
