From breakfast to supper, savour plates and French wines under our chandelier-adorned glass roof from Bibie, the new epicurean hotspot on Paris's Left Bank. Renowned chef, Loïc Julliand, who trained in some of the finest establishments in France and abroad is at the helm of the kitchen, crafting a menu based on ingredients that evolve with the seasons.

Bibie's ingredients travel directly from local farms sourced by Florent Piard, founder of Les Résistants, a committed network that works hand in hand with farmers, breeders and producers who respect the land and sustainable practices. Together, they defend living agriculture, short distribution channels and a responsible approach to the culinary industry.
