WORLD CUP 2026 GIVEAWAY
1. Promoter
This competition is promoted by edyn limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 07638220) (the “Promoter”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12pm BTS on 11.06.2026 and closes at 5pm BTS on 19.07.2026 (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals in the United Kingdom and European Union only, aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter (or either of their affiliates), and immediate family members (and/or agents) of any of those parties are not eligible.
In entering to competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility. Eligibility will be determined solely by the Promoter.
4. How to Enter
To be eligible, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:
- Sign-up to receive Locke’s marketing communications
- Follow @LockeHotels on Instagram;
- Like and comment on the official competition post.
Entries that do not complete all of the above steps will be deemed invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
There will be one winner. The winner will receive:
- Two nights at any Locke hotel of their choice.
- One vintage 1994 jersey shirt, used during World Cup '94 valued at £200.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and cannot be resold. Valid for stays with arrival no later than 19.01.2027 subject to availability. All other costs (travel, transport, personal expenses, and any room extras) are the winner's responsibility. The winner's stay will be subject to the terms and conditions available at https://www.lockeliving.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes at the end of the Competition Period. The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or email within 5 working days of the end of the Competition Period and must respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or the prize may be redrawn by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to (a) cancel or amend the promotion where it is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, or where reasonably required to do so, (b) refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or (c) disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition, (d) vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will not award the prize if a promotion is terminated.
7. Data & Privacy
Personal data will be used solely to administer the competition and, where consent is given, for marketing from Locke Hotels, in line with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.lockeliving.com/en/privacy-policy) and UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter and/or its agents, affiliates and/or suppliers to administer the competition.
8. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost or delayed due to technical issues. Insofar as is permitted by law, (a) all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded and (b) the Promoter, its agents and/or suppliers will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or suppliers or that of their employees. Nothing in these T&Cs limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by ,or associated with Instagram, Meta, FIFA, or any World Cup organising body. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Meta, FIFA, or any World Cup organising body.

10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
