Can I apply a promo code to an existing booking?
Promotional codes can only be applied to new bookings, and can't be added restrospectively after a booking has been processed.
If you've booked on a flexible rate, you are able to cancel your booking up until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you choose to cancel and rebook to apply a promo code, please note that we can't guarantee availability of the same apartment type, and our rates are subject to fluctation, so they may be different from when you made your original booking.
