When will I receive details about how to access Cove apartment buildings?

As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.

In our self-check-in Cove locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 2 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.

If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
