How safe and secure are Locke properties? What security features do they offer?

Making sure you feel safe and at home at Locke is really important to us. That’s why all our aparthotels have round-the-clock security and a range of safety features.

Our security features and policies include:

• 24/7 staffed properties*
• CCTV surveillance in public areas
• Aparthotel entrance restricted to guests-only after 11pm
• All apartments have deadlocks, self-closing mechanisms, and safes
• All House Hosts are trained in emergency response and safety procedures
• Guest ID checks upon arrival and when requesting access keys

*Please note: At Locke am Platz, there is reception staff overnight on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, for the rest of the week, a security team is on duty in case of emergency.
