24/7 Reception: 

Cannon Street, Landmark Pinnacle, Paradise Street & Whittenberg. You can arrive anytime after check-in, drop off your bags before check-in, or leave them on your check-out day. Our friendly hosts are available to answer questions and offer city recommendations. 

Centrum, also has 24/7 reception and on-site security. Enter through two sliding doors, take the lift to the third floor, and use the intercom for assistance. You can drop off your bags before check-in or leave them on check-out day. Our hosts are available to help with any questions. 

Unstaffed properties: 

Moorgate. Cove The Moorgate is also a self check-in property with no on-site reception. You'll receive a pre-email with check-in details and access codes 2 hours before your stay. We recommend adding any extras to your stay before arrival. While Moorgate is an unstaffed property, guests can store their luggage before or after their stay using the Bringme Boxes on Level 1. Please note that only three boxes, are available, so this service is subject to availability and costs £10 per day. To book in advance, please contact the team.
