Is there a smoking area in Cove properties?

Please note that all our buildings are non-smoking (including vaping). Smoking inside your apartment or in any of our indoor communal areas will be subject to a fine.

No designated smoking areas.

For these properties, we kindly ask guests to smoke outside any part of the building:

• Cove Centrum
• Cove The Moorgate

Designated smoking areas available.

For these properties, smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas:

• Cove Minshull Street: A designated smoking area is available in the rear courtyard.
• Cove Paradise Street: A designated smoking area is available outside on the first-floor terrace.
• Cove Whittenberg: There are three designated smoking areas, all with in-ground ashtrays:
  • Beside the Nieuwe Keizersgracht entrance to the left of the door.
  • Next to the bicycle shed by the Little House.
  • Beside the front gate on the right side of the property.
