What can I recycle, and how is my rubbish and recycling collected from my apartment?

At Locke at East Side Gallery guests can seperate their rubbish into Paper, Glass, Plastic, Card and Food Waste which can all be recycled. If you leave your rubbish outside your room someone will collect and dispose of it for you.
