What is a serviced apartment and how does it differ from a hotel?

You’ll have your own design-led apartment with a kitchen, living space, and fast Wi Fi, offering more space and flexibility than a traditional hotel room. Unlike standard apartment rentals, you also benefit from hotel style services and access to shared spaces such as co working areas, gyms, lounges, cafés, restaurants, yoga classes, and cocktail bars, with availability varying by location.

Our House Host team is on hand to help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, whether that is answering questions, sharing local tips, or assisting with anything you need during your stay. There are no long term commitments, contracts, or paperwork, and you can stay for as long as you like while continuing to live the way you do at home, seamlessly.

Please note that Locke am Platz does not have an overnight team from Sunday to Wednesday, though security is in place. A 24 hour team is available from Thursday to Saturday.
