We do our bests to make our guest's stay memorable and I am pleased that yours was. Is so nice to also see that you had everything you needed and that everything was just perfect for you including the bathroom, the shower, the bed and the kitchenette! I'm glad that the white noise machine was so helpful and allowed you to get a nice rest. That is what we aim for and we are happy to provide with them when necessary. It's lovely to hear that this also helped you with the jet lag :) About the lighting, because our room are designed to provide a nice rest the illumination might not be everyone's preference, but for a next time we do have extra lamps that can be provided so don't hesitate in coming to the front desk and ask for them! Thank you for also recognizing our amazing partners in Mayvn Cafe and particularly Sean's service, I will make sure to pass your word. I'm happy to read that you felt nicely looked after by our House Hosts and that Aleks, Kate and Kirsty made the process of moving rooms nice and easy - we want all of our guests to have the best possible experience while staying with us, so it's really nice to see that they all went the extra mile to make sure that you felt welcomed and comfortable here at Eden. Next time, make sure to reach out to us ahead of your arrival or leave a wee note when making your booking indicating your preferences - we'll absolutely do our best to make sure that you're allocated to a room that meets your requirements :) While our Locke Studios are not equipped with air conditioning, all of our premium rooms are (Eden Studio, Mezzanine Studio and One Bedroom Sofa Apartment), so it might be worth checking these out when booking with us again! :) We also have portable air conditioning units that can be installed in the rooms upon request, just reach out to one of our House Hosts and they'll be happy to help! :) It's nice to see that you enjoyed the various amenities and appliances in the room - thank you for bringing the issue with the shower to my attention, I will pass this on to our Maintenance Manager for further investigation. And yes, you are right, there is no daily housekeeping here at Eden - unless you're staying for more than week: as an aparthotel, we like to give our guests all the privacy and independence that they need, but our House Hosts are always happy to help should you need a change of towels or more tea or coffee for the room :) I do hope you'll come and visit us again, Craig! Top FAQs.

Eden Locke doesn't have its own parking. We recommend parking at NCP at Castle Terrace, which is a 10-minute walk away. Ask one of our House Hosts about the discounts we can offer, once you arrive.

Eden Locke has dedicated, secure luggage storage if you happen to be arriving earlier than your check-in time, or need somewhere to keep your bags on check-out day. You can find this at reception. Guests can store their luggage for up to 24 hours.

You'll need to collect your apartment keys from the front desk when you arrive. Our House Hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information you require.

If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive (no queuing necessary).

You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).
