What is your cancellation policy?

Your ability to cancel, change or extend your booking differs depending on the rate type you selected when making a booking. If you're unsure which rate you booked on, check your booking confirmation email.

If your rate is non-refundable: These bookings are offered at a reduced rate, but this is on a 'no cancellation' and 'no-amendment' basis. Therefore, you won't be able to cancel your booking without being charged for the full cost of the stay. Likewise, no extensions aor amendments to the booking are permitted.

If your rate is fully refundable (fully flexible): Good news - you'll be able to amend or cancel your booking free of charge, as long as you meet the required notice period, which varies depending on stay length. For amendments or no-shows, the same terms apply. If not enough notice is given, the 'cancellation/amendment charge' will apply:

In the case of a no show, apartments will be held until 1am after the scheduled arrival, before cancellation charges are applied.
