Rest assure, I have passed all of your house keeping issues directly onto the team, to investigate what has happened. In regards of the change of rooms and late check out, we are quite a busy hotel, most days we sold out due to our central location. Late check is available to purchase as any other hotel would do the same paid service. We’re sorry to hear that the room felt smaller than expected. Just to clarify, our Micro Studios are approximately 19 m² / 193 ft², which may be why the space felt more compact. It’s possible this was mistaken for our Locke Studios, which are a larger room type at approximately 28 m².
