We understand your point about the limited natural light in the room. While it’s designed to be cozy and quiet, we agree that for longer stays, a room with more daylight can make a big difference. If you choose to stay with us again, I would recommend booking our City Studio - City View as it has the same living space layout, but it has windows that are clear and also open.

It seems that our City Studio did not fit your needs. I can confirm that all of our apartments have windows in them, however this category is designed for a quite and private stay so they tend to be frosted. For your next stay, I would recommend booking our Locke Studio, as this comes with a lot more space in the bathroom and they also come with windows that you can look out of.
On the bright side, I am happy to hear that our cleanliness standards, Frequency and our amazing team aided in ensuring you still have a great experience with us.
