I can confirm that all of our apartments have windows in them, however this category is designed for a quite and private stay so they tend to be frosted. For your next stay, I would recommend booking our Locke Studio, as this comes with a lot more space in the bathroom and they also come with windows that you can look out of. I think you may be mistaken, upon check in we always advise our guests that there is a staff member on site 24/7 and you can always message us or head to the front desk if you need help with anything.
