It seems that our City Studio did not fit your needs. I can confirm that all of our apartments have windows in them, however this category is designed for a quite and private stay so they tend to be frosted. For your next stay, I would recommend booking our Locke Studio, as this comes with a lot more space in the bathroom and they also come with windows that you can look out of.
On the bright side, I am happy to hear that our cleanliness standards, Frequency and our amazing team aided in ensuring you still have a great experience with us.

I'm sorry to hear that our City Studio did not fit your needs. they are all 21 square feet and are designed for a quiet and private stay, hence the presence of a frosted window. For an even better stay next time, I would recommend booking our City Studio - River View, as they come with an amazing view of the River Thames and upon request, windows that open.

It seems that the view from your room did not fit your desires. I understand the lack of people in the building across but that is a construction site that is due to be finished soon. For your next stay I would recommend booking our City Studio - River View, as they come with a lot more space and an amazing view of the river.
I think you may be mistaken, upon check in we always advise our guests that there is a staff member on site 24/7 and you can always message us or head to the front desk if you need help with anything. Our co-working space is open to guests 24/7 so if you wanted a change of scenery we recommend our guests to utilise the space as they please.

We truly appreciate your honest note about the dryers, they tend to dry faster depending on how much you put in there and how wet the clothes are. A little tip would be to spin your clothes an extra 20 minutes and clothes tend to dry faster afterwards.
