In regards of the scores, glad to hear most of your stay went well with us. In regards of the check-in time, 4pm check-in time is a standard time in most of the hotels. As you mentioned, we do offer an early check-in for an additional price, as any other hotel would do as well. We do mention on our website, that we are self-service aparthotel. A place where you can feel at home and not bothered by anyone, unless asked. We're always happy to offer a towel change or bins collected, all you need to do is ask. And light refreshment can be offered, but that needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. Nevertheless, we really hope to welcome you back to Broken soon for more vibes. I have had a look at our pictures and I can understand why you thought we may have had a terrace - the terrace in the image is not apart of our building, it is a private residence. But if in doubt please do read our descriptions and reach out to us. As we are an aparthotel, we do function differently to a traditional hotel, so providing water bottles in the room is not a service we provide. However, the kitchen tap is fully filtered so you can drink the water from there or you can purchase water from Frequency in the lobby and nearby shops. The Location was superb - aircon was...

Positive: The Location was superb - aircon was amazing on such a hot day. Negative: Some noise from building works outside but appreciate only temporary.

Staff fantastic...

Positive: Staff fantastic. Negative: Bed hard and uncomfortable - no window in room. Sink was unusable as so small and in a very odd position under a cabinet.
