We’re sorry to hear that the room felt smaller than expected. Just to clarify, our Micro Studios are approximately 19 m² / 193 ft², which may be why the space felt more compact. It’s possible this was mistaken for our Locke Studios, which are a larger room type at approximately 28 m².

We booked a river view suite for 4 nights and were assigned a 2nd floor room (I think #201?) with a window situated too high to see the river when seated....

An early arrival can be arranged 24 hours in advance with an additional fee, that allows you to check-in at 2pm. Unfortunately, our standard check-in is at 4pm, which is stated all across platforms.
