We are, however, very sorry that your experience in the upgraded studio did not meet the standards we aim to deliver. Regarding the river view, the unique circular design of our building means that some rooms have a clearer view than others. Your comments on cleanliness and housekeeping are taken very seriously. The issues you described such as the countertop markings and empty soap dispensers are not acceptable and fall short of the standards we expect from our team. We apologise sincerely for the oversight and for not resolving the soap refill request promptly. This feedback has already been shared with our housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure immediate corrective action. We also appreciate you highlighting the condition of the door latch. Guest safety and security are of utmost importance, and we will ensure that this is inspected and repaired without delay.
