It seems that you may be feeling misled about out property. I have had a look at our pictures and I can understand why you thought we may have had a terrace - the terrace in the image is not apart of our building, it is a private residence. But if in doubt please do read our descriptions and reach out to us.
As we are an aparthotel, we do function differently to a traditional hotel, so providing water bottles in the room is not a service we provide. However, the kitchen tap is fully filtered so you can drink the water from there or you can purchase water from Frequency in the lobby and nearby shops.

Next time you can happily take your breakfast to your room if you request a paper cup and bag for takeaway.
