I hope that the noise didn't take away too much from your stay. We are very centrally located near great bars and restaurants and unfortunately sometimes that comes with a bit noise, to mitigate the noise we provide our guests with white noise machines and ear plugs. Good but pricey!...

Positive: Other than the lumpy bed it was good but really expensive for what it was…..it’s Edinburgh though and silly prices everywhere.

I hope Eden felt like a second home away from home for you :) I’m also happy to read that you found your apartment nice and quiet – we really want our rooms at Eden to feel like a peaceful oasis to come back to after a day spent exploring the city :) As you point out, the light in our apartments is on the dimmer side – this is to encourage the best night’s sleep, but I do understand that this is not everyone’s cup of tea, so next time please do reach out to one of our House Hosts and they’ll be more than happy to bring an extra lamp or two to your apartment. Alternatively, feel free to leave a wee note when making your reservation and we’ll do our best to ensure you’re allocated to one of our brighter apartments on a higher floor. I’m sorry to read that you found the Wifi a bit too slow – this is usually not the case, so I will ask our maintenance manager to have a look at this. As for our cleaning services – yes, we do not do daily cleaning and, as you mention, this is part of our sustainability efforts. However, our House Hosts are always happy and available to help should you need a change of linen or towels :) Finally, I’m also really happy to hear that you enjoyed Mayvn Café – I will pass your comments on to their management team and staff, I’m sure they will be delighted to hear it!
