Positive: Good location, near train station. Negative: Parking fee is very expensive. Finding parking space on roadside is not easy.

Very nice hotel, in 10 minutes you are in the center of Munich, 5 minutes walk to the metro stop from the hotel, there are shops around for shopping and eating
