It certainly is an oasis! The staff are great and the rooms are quiet and perfectly equipped. Lighting is a bit low if you want to read or work in the room...

Top FAQs.

Bermonds Locke doesn't have its own parking. We recommend parking at Q-Park Tower Bridge, which is a 10-minute walk away. A discount code is available to guests of Locke - ask at the front desk for more info once you have arrived.

You'll need to collect your apartment keys from front desk when you arrive. Our house hosts will be on hand to welcome you, provide your access key cards (one per person) and any further information required.

If you've checked in online before you arrive, your keys will be ready for you as soon as you arrive.

Additionally, Bermonds Locke offers self-check in with our self check-in kiosks located in reception, where you can sort your own key.

You'll need valid ID and a credit card if you havn't yet paid. You can collect your keys any time after your check-in time (4pm as standard).

Check in is available from 4pm, whilst the standard check out time is 11am, both at the front desk. 

Bermonds Locke has a small workout studio which is available for guests to use free of charge. We also run regular yoga sessions for groups of around eight, which are led by local yogis and also free for all guests. 

Workout equipment includes:

  • Free run machine
  • Free weights 
  • Excercise bike
  • Medicine balls


Please use the equipment safely and considerately. You'll also need to sign a disclaimer before using the gym, or else using it will be at your own risk. 

To keep everyone safe, you must book a 1 hour time slot with a House Host at front desk if you wish to make use of the gym during your stay.

Please note that no visitors are allowed in the gym (even PTs or clients - sorry).
