We are sorry to learn that you found the room cold during your stay and were unable to adjust the heating. Our team is always happy to assist with the air conditioning and heating units to ensure guests are comfortable, and we regret that this was not made clearer during your visit. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding heated towel racks, not all of our rooms have heated towel racks, but on your next stay feel free to reach out and we can advise on which categories do have them.

We would like to clarify that our City Studios are advertised as having frosted windows for privacy, while our City Studio – City View category offers clear windows that open. For future stays, this option may be better suited to your preferences.
Regarding the kitchen facilities, I can assure you that we do in fact have microwave ovens in all of our rooms. If you need further help using any equipment please do not hesitate to reach out to our helpful team.

Stayed here three nights. Not a terrible experience but can’t fully recommend in its current state given my experience.

We are pleased to hear that your first night in the regular studio met expectations and that you found the design, layout, and our team’s friendliness to be positive aspects of your visit.
We are, however, very sorry that your experience in the upgraded studio did not meet the standards we aim to deliver. Regarding the river view, the unique circular design of our building means that some rooms have a clearer view than others.
Your comments on cleanliness and housekeeping are taken very seriously. The issues you described such as the countertop markings and empty soap dispensers are not acceptable and fall short of the standards we expect from our team. We apologise sincerely for the oversight and for not resolving the soap refill request promptly. This feedback has already been shared with our housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure immediate corrective action. We also appreciate you highlighting the condition of the door latch. Guest safety and security are of utmost importance, and we will ensure that this is inspected and repaired without delay.
Your observations about management and consistency are valuable, and we are committed to addressing them. While we are glad you found our staff friendly overall, we recognise that style and design alone are not enough. The fundamentals of cleanliness, responsiveness, and reliability must always be in place.
