The staff was very accommodating...
Positive: The staff was very accommodating. Negative: The sauna was closed under maintenance, the gym was quite small ( would be nice to have a treadmill).

However, we are very sorry to learn that your sleep quality was again affected. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the mattresses and pillows, as well as for the malfunctioning roller blinds that disrupted your mornings. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially during a holiday stay.
